A further three Cesab Material Handling Europe dealers have proved their excellence in customer service and after sales after gaining entry level in the After Sales Evaluation and Certification (ASEC) programme.

Skanetruck in Sweden, Vecar OM Est in Romania and Automecanic Corbella in Spain are among the first Cesab dealers in Europe to complete the starting level of the intensive quality programme, which is a unique aftersales certification scheme for the materials handling industry. The pioneering global quality initiative is focussed on the continuous improvement of after sales service and involves audits at distributor and dealer level, setting standards for forklift businesses to continue to achieve. 

Together with Netherlands-based Sanders Heftruck, Switzerland-based Arbor and the UK's Hitec Lift Trucks, who were the first three Cesab dealerships to achieve entry level ASEC, the three newly certified Cesab dealers are now able to quantifiably demonstrate their customer care credentials to prospective customers and partners.
